Any damage caused by the user's fault is the responsibility of the user. The fault includes, but is not limited to: not following the transaction prompts, failing to operate the trading in time, forgetting or revealing the password, the password is cracked by others, and the computer used by the user is hacked by others.
If a user has been improperly profited as a result of a potential bug in the HooSwap trading rules, we will contact the user to retrieve the money. Your cooperation is required, otherwise we will take legal actions including, but not limited to, limiting account transactions, freezing account funds, and filing a lawsuit in a court of competent jurisdiction. You will also be responsible for any legal costs associated with your failure to cooperate with us.

(1) HooSwap adopts the model of "Automated Market Maker" (AMM), the platform does not match buyers and sellers, but allows buyers to trade directly and locked in the HooSwap liquid pool reserve, so you need to be aware of the risk of illiquidity of the reserve pool.
(2) Hoo does not guarantee the performance of HooSwap projects, and HooSwap projects are innovative and risky. Please carefully evaluate your risk tolerance to decide whether you want to participate in trading and market making.
(3) Your profit or loss will depend on the price fluctuations of the relevant virtual financial assets, which are beyond our control.
